  • Parking: $315 per month

Auto & Home Insurance

Save on your auto, home, and renter's insurance by comparing coverages, prices, and discounts from five of the leading auto and home insurance companies in the nation.* Most experts suggest you review your coverage annually to make sure you're getting the best coverage for your prices.

With the Auto and Home Program, you'll have access to:

  • Special employee discounts that typically offer lower premiums than anything you can find on your own.
  • Additional discounts, based on the way you drive and vehicle safety features.
  • Quick, multiple quotes—all with one phone call.

Plus, you'll be able to switch your coverage right away and start saving sooner.

Enrollment

You can enroll in Auto and Home Insurance at any time during the year. Visit BenefitsWeb > Voluntary Benefits > Additional Options > Group Auto & Home to learn more.

Note: Employees in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, and Puerto Rico are not eligible to participate in this program.

*Home insurance is not available in FL from the carriers offered in this program and may not be part of certain benefit offerings in MA. In addition, employee discounts are not available from all carriers and only available to those who qualify. Coverages, discounts and billing options are subject to state availability, individual qualification, and/or the insuring company's underwriting guidelines. Individual savings may vary and are not guaranteed.

Vacation Purchase Plan (only available to Xerox and XBS non-union employees)

If you have 4 weeks or less of company-provided vacation, you are eligible to purchase up to one week of extra vacation time during Annual Enrollment. The vacation that you purchase and your company-provided vacation cannot exceed five (5) weeks.

The cost of vacation time is based on your annualized pay as of September 1, 2023 and is deducted in equal amounts from each of your paychecks on a before‑tax basis throughout 2024. The amount of time you may purchase is based on the number of hours you're scheduled to work each week as of September 1, 2023. For example, if you work 40 hours per week, you purchase 40 hours of additional vacation time. If you work 32 hours per week, you purchase 32 hours of additional vacation time.

Unused purchased vacation time will be refunded to you in December in the form of taxable pay. You may enroll in this program during enrollment only. Note: If you are an exempt employee, you must track all company earned and purchased vacation time by logging into GEMS and selecting Time and Absences.
