At Xerox, we give you the tools and programs you need to transform your life and take ownership of your well-being.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP, provided by Guidance Resources, provides resources to help deal with issues that may be affecting your health, well-being, family life, or job performance. This benefit is completely confidential and available to all Xerox employees and their household members regardless of their enrollment in any other Xerox benefit program.

Using the EAP

  • You receive up to five sessions for each issue at no cost to you.

Quit For Life® Program

You and your eligible dependents over age 18 can enroll in the Quit For Life Program, where Expert Quit Coaches provide personalized support to help you gain the knowledge, skills, and behavioral strategies needed to quit tobacco for good. Quit For Life has expanded its offerings to include enhanced coaching and content focused on behavioral health, menthol cigarette cessation, and e-cigarette/vaping cessation:

  • Behavioral Health Integration: Coaching now includes support for behavioral health factors that influence tobacco use, helping participants address underlying triggers and build sustainable quit strategies.
  • Menthol Coaching: Tailored coaching and content specifically designed for menthol cigarette users, including education on the targeted marketing of menthol products to Black and LGBTQ+ communities. Participants receive personalized support and access to interactive content and nicotine replacement therapy guidance.
  • E-Cigarette/Vaping Support: The Live Vape Free program connects via text with teens (ages 13-17) and young adults (ages 18-26) who vape but do not identify as smokers. This program includes personalized texts, interactive multimedia lessons, TikTok-style videos, discussion forums, journaling prompts, polls, and nicotine replacement therapy education to help young adults quit vaping for good.
  • Expanded Resources for Adults with Teens or Young Adults Using Vape/E-Cigarettes: The Live Vape Free - Adult Advocates resource hub provides free educational materials, downloadable guides, TikTok-style videos, and practical advice to help parents and guardians support their teens in quitting vaping.

For information on the program or to sign up, visit the Quit For Life website or call 1.866.784.8454.

Quit For Life and save money

When you enroll in benefits, you'll be asked to confirm if you use tobacco products. Tobacco users pay a $1,840 annual tobacco surcharge (in addition to higher rates for critical illness insurance). You can remove this surcharge by participating in the Quit For Life program. Complete five coaching calls with a Quit Coach by March 31, 2026, and the surcharge will automatically be removed.

NOTE: The $1,840 annual tobacco surcharge does not apply to employees hired in 2026.

Adoption Assistance

Xerox offers Adoption Assistance, which provides a maximum of $3,000 per child to cover agency fees, legal and court fees, private adoption expenses, medical expenses, and more for eligible adoptions. Review the Adoption Assistance Policy on BenefitsWeb for more information.

You may be eligible to participate in the LifeCycle Assistance program if you are an active Xerox employee working at least 30 hours per week or you are a part-time Xerox employee working at least 20, but fewer than 30 hours per week, on a regular basis.
