Xerox offers 10 Designated Company Holidays and 2 Personal Choice Days.

Note: Xerox evaluates and assesses the holiday schedule on an annual basis so the number of personal choice days and paid holidays may change each year.


  • Designated Company Holiday: Fixed holidays that are generally recognized at all locations across the country. If an employee works on a fixed holiday, appropriate overtime or holiday pay would apply.
  • Designated Floating Holiday: Holidays designated by each operating unit based on the needs of the business. Employees who work on a designated floating holiday may take a day off later in the year as an alternate.
  • Personal Choice Holiday: Personal choice holidays are to be used by employees for time off to observe days of special significance to them and are scheduled in accordance with local time off scheduling policy.


Regular, full-time employees are eligible for the vacation benefit based on the employee's anniversary in the current calendar year. Company provided vacation benefits are earned quarterly during the same year in which employees are entitled to use them.

You may use your vacation anytime during the year even if not yet earned. If you separate from the Company for any reason and have used more than your earned vacation time, you will be required to reimburse the Company that time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are required to use your annual vacation entitlement in the year in which it is earned. The schedule of annual Company provided vacation entitlement is as follows:
