Vacation

U.S., non-union employees are eligible for Flex Time Off, a Paid Time Off (PTO) policy that gives you the freedom to take the time you need, when you need it – without a fixed annual time off allotment. There is no set number of days available to use, and time is not earned or accrued on a monthly basis. Instead, you will work with your manager to plan your time off based on your personal needs and your team’s priorities. This approach is designed to empower you to recharge and perform at your best, while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and balance.

For full details, please refer to the information on the HR portal.

Please note: The Flex Time Off policy applies to all U.S. non-union employees. Employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement, as well as those based in California and U.S. territories, are subject to a separate PTO policy.

Paid Parental Leave

Bonding with your child is an important part of becoming a parent, and Xerox is committed to supporting you on your parenthood journey. That’s why Xerox provides all U.S, non-union employees who work at least 30 hours per week with a maximum of 12 weeks of fully-paid parental leave when they welcome a child. This includes all genders and different ways of welcoming a child (birth, adoption, surrogacy, and legal guardianship).

Employees will need to take the leave within 12 months from the birth or placement of the child. The leave can be taken as 12 consecutive weeks or in multiple intervals as small as two weeks. If both parents are Xerox employees, each is entitled to their own 12-week benefit.
