What’s New for 2024

Say Hello to Your New 2024 Benefits

Your well-being is our well-being, which is why Xerox is proud to offer lower costs, simplified benefit options, and more support than ever before. Take the time to discover what's new for 2024.

Simplified Medical Options through Anthem and Kaiser (Where Available)

Benefits should be simple. Starting January 1, 2024, all medical coverage will be provided by Anthem (and Kaiser Permanente, where available) making it easier to choose and use the best plan for you.

You can enroll in one of Anthem’s three plans: the Network Only Plan, Choice Lower Deductible Plan, or Choice Higher Deductible Plan.

Important! Confirm Your Providers are In-Network

We know that your providers are important to you. Anthem provides one of the most comprehensive provider networks, so we expect that you will be able to see the same providers you know and trust. Note that if you live in Virginia, New Hampshire, or Kansas City, Missouri, the Anthem network is changing, and you should confirm that your current providers participate in the 2024 network by following the below instructions.

  1. Visit anthem.com/find-care and select Basic search as guest.
  2. Select Medical Plan or Network from the type of plan or network dropdown menu.
  3. Select your state.
  4. Select Medical (Employer-Sponsored) from the how you get healthcare dropdown menu.
  5. Select your plan or network from the table below. Note: The providers in Virginia, New Hampshire, and Missouri have been updated for 2024.
  6. Choose continue and then search for a doctor nearby or a specific doctor by name.
State in which you live For care at home, select:
Florida Network Blue (Select Network)
Georgia Blue Open Access POS (Select Network)
Missouri Blue Access Choice (St Louis) (Select Network)
Wisconsin Blue Preferred POS (Select Network)
Washington, DC BlueChoice Adv Open Access (Select Network)
Arizona Blue Alternative (Select Network)
New York POS
New Jersey Horizon Managed Care Network (Select Network)
Virginia Health Keepers POS (Select Network)
New Hampshire BlueChoice Open Access (Select Network)
Missouri (Kansas City) Preferred-Care Blue (KC) (Select Network)

If you do not live in one of those states or are traveling, select BlueCard PPO.

If your current provider does not participate in the Anthem network and you are undergoing treatment for certain medical conditions, you may be able to continue to receive care from them at the in-network benefit level for a certain period of time. You and your provider will need to complete the Continuation of Coverage form.

New Medical Provider for Employees in Puerto Rico

In 2024, employees in Puerto Rico will receive medical coverage through MCS. You will receive additional communications later this year regarding the transition.

Money in Your Pocket!

Great news! We’re making sure your coverage is more affordable by reducing how much you’ll pay out of your paycheck AND at the time of care.

Lower Payroll Deductions

You’ll pay less in payroll deductions for Anthem and Kaiser medical coverage if you stay in the same plan at the same coverage level.

Pay Less at the Time of Care

We’re making changes to the Anthem and Kaiser medical plans to help you save money. In 2024, we’re decreasing:

  • The deductible in the Choice Lower Deductible Plan, so the plan will start helping you pay for coverage sooner.
  • The specialist copay in the Network Only Plan.
  • Coinsurance in both the Choice Lower Deductible and Choice Higher Deductible Plans, meaning the plan will cover a greater share of your medical costs.
  • The out-of-pocket maximum for all three Anthem and Kaiser medical plan options.

Note that the plan details differ slightly between Anthem and Kaiser. See the updated plan details here.

If you’re enrolled in the Choice Lower Deductible or Choice Higher Deductible Plans, you can receive care from any provider you choose. However, you’ll pay less when you see an in-network provider. Starting in 2024, if you receive services from out-of-network providers, you may pay more than you have in the past for these services.

Contribute More to Your Savings & Spending Accounts

In 2024, you can contribute more to your Health Savings Account (HSA) and General Purpose and Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). You can find additional information on Savings and Spending Accounts in the Benefit Options section of this page.

  • HSA: You and Xerox can contribute up to $4,150 for employee only coverage and $8,300 for family coverage. Your contribution from Xerox depends on your salary, so be sure to confirm that your contribution combined with Xerox’s contribution does not exceed the maximum. Review how much Xerox contributes to your account here.
  • FSA: You can contribute up to $3,050 to your General Purpose or Limited Purpose FSA.
New Programs for 2024!

We’re offering two new programs — PrudentRx and Hinge Health — to provide you with support to tackle your unique health care needs:

  • PrudentRx is a copay assistance program that allows you to receive certain specialty drugs at no cost to you. If you or a covered family member are currently taking a medication included in the CVS/caremark’s PrudentRx Specialty Drug List, you will receive a letter from PrudentRx with instructions on how to enroll. If you are taking an eligible medication, you must participate in PrudentRx for the medication to be covered.
  • Hinge Health provides virtual personalized physical therapy for acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as knee, back, hip, neck, and shoulder pain — at no cost if you’re enrolled in an Anthem medical plan. Be on the lookout for more information next year!

Plus, earlier this year, we introduced Rx Savings Solutions to help you save money on prescription drugs. If you enroll in an Anthem plan, you can search for lower-cost options for the same prescription drugs you use today on the Rx Savings Solutions website and mobile app. Visit the Prescription Drugs Section of the Digital Benefits Guide to learn more.

Benefit Options

In 2024, you have the following benefit options.

Medical

Xerox’s plans are designed to provide comprehensive coverage to ensure you have the protection you need wherever you are in your healthcare journey.

For 2024, all medical coverage will be provided by Anthem (or Kaiser Permanente, where available). You will continue to have a choice of three medical plans, which offer a range of options in coverage and newly lowered costs. The following plans will be available through Anthem, and, depending on your location, Kaiser Permanente.

  • Network Only Plan
  • Choice Lower Deductible Plan
  • Choice Higher Deductible Plan
IMPORTANT!

If you enroll in employee-only coverage for the Choice Higher Deductible Plan and your annual salary is less than $60,000, Xerox will continue to cover your monthly payroll deductions.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or Saipan

If you live in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or Saipan, you may enroll in the following medical options:

  • Hawaii: HMSA PPO
  • Puerto Rico: MCS PPO
  • Guam and Saipan: TakeCare Asia HMO

If you live in one of these areas, the tobacco surcharge will not apply. However, you will still need to complete a tobacco attestation when you enroll. If you are a tobacco user, you will pay higher rates for any critical illness insurance coverage you elect.

Each plan offers both medical and prescription drug coverage. Your medical plan covers preventive care at no cost to you, as long as you use an in-network provider. For convenient care, you can also take advantage of telemedicine options.

To see the coverage available under each option, review the Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs) on BenefitsWeb. If you have questions, please contact your medical plan carrier directly.

Savings & Spending Accounts

Xerox offers you several types of accounts that help you save money by paying for health care and dependent care expenses tax-free.

The following accounts will be available in 2024:

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) — Increased contribution limits for 2024: $4,150 for employee-only coverage and $8,300 if you cover dependents, plus an additional $1,000 if you are age 55 or older. You can contribute to the HSA if you enroll in the Choice Lower Deductible Plan or Choice Higher Deductible Plan.
  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) — The 2023 Health Care FSA limit is $3,050. This limit will remain fixed for 2024 under Xerox’s plan, even if the IRS increases the statutory limit. You can contribute to the Health Care FSA if you enroll in the Network Only Plan or if you waive medical coverage.
  • Limited Purpose FSA — The 2023 Limited Purpose FSA limit is $3,050. This limit will remain fixed for 2024 under Xerox’s plan, even if the IRS increases the statutory limit. You can contribute to the Limited Purpose FSA if you enroll in the Choice Lower Deductible Plan or Choice Higher Deductible Plan. The Limited Purpose FSA can only be used to pay for eligible dental and vision expenses.
  • Dependent Care FSA — No changes for 2024. All benefits-eligible employees can contribute to the Dependent Care FSA.
